Our client, a leading internationally –based financial advisory group with around 40 offices worldwide is seeking a high-performing dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Malta

You will be responsible for sourcing and filtering CV’s and phone interview suitable candidates. You will manage a CV database and attempt to create your own network whilst generate and follow up new leads. In this role you will have to meet weekly targets in a fast paced and competitive environment.

This position calls for a self motivated and target oriented candidate, preferably with relevant experience in the recruitment industry. You will have excellent communication skills and a pro-active approach to work. You will possess great organisational skills, efficient and able to manage multiple tasks and meeting deadlines whilst still giving considerable attention to detail.
