Our client, a leading internationally –based financial advisory group with around 40 offices worldwide is seeking an HR Administrator to assist and maintain the smooth running of the Human Resources Team.

You will manage personnel and company files, maintain the HR database and filing up is up-to-date at all times. You will assist with the organisation of training courses for prospective financial advisors as well as you will process employment applications and termination notices. You will be responsible to provide day-to-day support to new and existent company members throughout the network.
This post calls for a motivated, energetic and highly committed individual with the eagerness to learn. You will also have excellent communication skills, verbal and written in both Maltese and English. You will possess great organisational skills, efficient and able to manage multiple tasks and meeting deadlines whilst still giving considerable attention to detail. Sound knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Internet is necessary for this role whilst previous experience is not a must but will be considered an asset.
