Our Client operates within the Document & Records Management industry. They are currently seeking to employ Archiving Clerk to join the team.
Your role will include the following tasks and duties:
•Preparing material for digital scanning
•Operating & Maintaining High Volume Scanning equipment
•Indexing scanned material
•Migrating and/or burning of high volumes of data to server or other media storage platforms
•Archiving of hard copy paper files from shelf to box recording various data to data spreadsheets and/or database systems
•Box/File Audits & Preparing various reports
•Inputting data to various data spreadsheets & database systems and maintaining such systems
•Other tasks as designated by the Operations Manager in support of the Company’s core business activities
You will be a smart and well presented individual with knowledge of using word and excel. You will be highly meticulous, have a flexible approach to work as well as the ability to work on repeated tasks on a daily basis.
