Client Services Administrator

You will maintain, monitor and develop client relationships as well as you will provide sales supports for consultants. You will also be responsible for processing new business and provide general administrative support, whilst maintaining complaint client records. You will also deal effectively with client’s complaints, queries and issues whilst offering a superior customer service at all times.
This post calls for a positive, energetic, pro-active and customer-focused person who is passionate about clients and eager to learn new skills, products and services. You will possess outstanding customer service, telephone handling, communication and organisational skills.
