Customer Care & Customs Clearance

  South of Malta

A client of ours, operating within the Shipping industry, is searching for a Customer Care & Sales Representative to provide customer care and sales support for courier purposes. Responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing customer needs to recommend appropriate services
  • Developing a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Familiarizing yourself with current information about services available for customers
  • Answering customer queries by phone/email
  • Communicating with potential clients to sell our service
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
  • Excellend command in English; Maltese is preferred
  • Candidates must be results-driven, customer-oriented and able to be pro-active and take initiative
  • Candidates must be able to work independently as well as within a team
  • Computer literacy is a must

Education and Experience

  • O' Level Standard of Education as a minimum
  • Prior local experience in a similar role or administration is a must
  • Prior experience within shipping/logistics is highly desired
  • Qualification in ECDL is highly desired
