All candidates considered for the position are interviewed by an industry-specific recruitment specialist, who in turn gives you an overview of the person's skills, expertise, motivation, expectations and personality traits.
If you would like to meet with one of the recommended candidates, Konnekt will assist you in coordinating the meetings and guide you step by step through the entire recruitment process. Should a candidate be offered the job, Konnekt will also support you in the negotiations as well as in the follow-up with both parties once the candidate's employment starts. Hiring fees are only payable if a candidate is successfully placed.
