Our client, an international aviation company, is looking for an Accounts Manager to join their growing team:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies, including processing supplier invoices and reviewing balance sheet entries.
- Work closely with the sales administration team to oversee customer invoicing, verify sales journal entries, and optimize order administration tools.
- Prepare VAT filings and ensure timely submission of related returns.
- Generate monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with local regulations.
- Track and manage budgets, income, and expenses to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring and control of accounting procedures and financial management systems.
- Handle payroll processing, including booking salaries, benefits, and taxes, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
- Ensure payroll reports and returns are completed accurately and on time.
- Compile and submit both internal and external financial reports within established deadlines.
Requirements
- Excellent communication in English
- Ability to work in a Team
- Experience working in France as an Accountant is a Must
Education and Experience
- Experience in managing a team
- Fully qualified Accountant or eligible qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounts
