Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Malta is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their growing team.
The main responsibilities include :
- Ensuring financial records and ledgers are accurate and up-to-date.
- Handling the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
- Performing reconciliation of bank statements and financial accounts.
- Contributing to the preparation of financial reports and budget planning.
- Providing administrative support to the accounts team as needed.
- Addressing inquiries from vendors and clients related to account matters.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
