A reputable client of ours, a Group of Entities operating primarily within the Yachting / Maritime Industry is seeking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their growing business and team of professionals.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including the posting of daily financial transactions
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure records are up to date
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, and process supplier invoices in a timely manner
- Follow up with suppliers and service providers on outstanding payments and account queries
- Input data into the accounting and operational systems with a high level of accuracy
- Coordinate with technicians to track ongoing jobs, ensuring the timely allocation of costs and revenue
- Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, document preparation, and scheduling
- Support the CFO with ad-hoc tasks and reporting when required
- Contribute to improving internal processes to support smoother financial and operational flow
Requirements
- Experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations is a strong advantage
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xero is a plus
Education and Experience
- Basic accounting knowledge (from education or experience)
