Our client is looking for an Accounts Executive to join the accounting team of large Retail company. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and review financial records.
- Report to management regarding the financial activity of the company.
- Work as part of the accounting department to keep finances running smoothly.
- Perform duties up to trial balance, and cash flow, providing necessary reports.
- Perform accounting reconciliations.
- Follow up on audit queries.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and payments.
- Manage the company's accounts payable and receivable.
- Contact clients about transactions and invoices.
- Upload invoices on IT systems.
- Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous 1 year of accounting experience up to trial balance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge in English
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
Education and Experience
- A' level in Accounts or studying an accounting qualification
