Accounts Executive

Our client, operating within the care industry is seeking to recruit an Accounts Executive. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
Maintaining asset records and processing asset related transactions
Preparing bank reconciliations
Preparing and presenting financial and management reports such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and budgets
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts receivables, and accounts payables
Liaising with third parties and other stakeholders with regards to financial matters
Assisting with audits and liaising with external auditors
Preparing and submitting of VAT returns
Any other duty which may be required from time to time

Requirements

Minimum two years of experience in a similar role locally
Highly proficient in Microsoft office tools
Analytical with a key eye for detail
Ability to multi task and work under pressure
Possess excellent intrapersonal skills

Education and Experience

Possess an AAT diploma or any other related qualification. Candidates actively studying ACCA will be given preference
