Audit Partner

A highly reputable client of ours specialising in the Financial sector is looking to onboard an Audit Partner to join their team of professionals:

Duties:

• Leading and overseeing audit engagements for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to professional standards.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and understanding client needs.
• Providing strategic and technical guidance to audit teams, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
• Driving business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new client opportunities to contribute to the growth of the audit practice.
• Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the delivery of relevant and impactful audit services.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and the overall success of the practice.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8- 10 years' experience working in a similar role, with a proven track record of of successfully managing and leading audit engagements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Must have extensive experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit services
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Prior experience in a partner role will be given strong preference

Education and Experience

• Qualified Accountant holding a university degree in Accountancy, ACCA or ACA professional qualification
