Corporate Finance Manager

An international CSP is currently on the lookout for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their team. 

Duties include: 

• Provide support in delivering a range of corporate finance engagements, including mergers and acquisitions
• Offer guidance to junior team members during project execution to ensure tasks are completed effectively and client timelines are met
• Gather and interpret data from both internal and external sources to generate actionable insights for clients
• Strengthen expertise in financial analysis and contribute to the creation of reports for clients—both local and international—interested in acquiring businesses or assets
• Lead or assist in business development initiatives by conducting in-depth qualitative and quantitative market and company research
• Prepare clear, insightful reports that communicate key findings and research outcomes
• Leverage modern tools and technology to improve the efficiency and impact of service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of local experience working in a similar role
• Be highly numerate with strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

Education and Experience

• Chartered/Certified Accountant or an equivalent qualification in business or finance studies. Economics, banking and finance qualifications will also be considered
