Our client is a household name in the hotel industry in Malta. They would like to engage a Director of Revenue to join their team as they are growing.
The Role
- You will focus on overseeing revenue management, maximizing revenue by managing systems, inventory, and pricing in alignment with the group's brand standards.
- You will lead revenue management processes, developing strategies to optimize profits, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance segmentation strategies and improve RevPar results.
- You will directi the reservations team and ensuring adherence to revenue recognition policies across all revenue streams.
- You will also provide leadership to the sales and account management team.

Requirements
- You must have proven experience in a similar role
- You must be data driven and have the capability of adjust pricing strategies to maximise occupance
- You must prepare the hotel budgets
- Preferably have familiarity with hotel PMS systems
Education and Experience
- Preferably have tertiary level of education
