Finance Clerk (Part-time 20 hours)

Our client, in the Property Management sector, is looking to hire an Accounts Clerk position on a part-time basis to support the CFO in the daily accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately review and post invoices on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank and credit card statements each month.
  • Maintain and reconcile petty cash records on a monthly basis.
  • Perform ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Process payments efficiently and on time.
  • Assist with general accounting tasks to support financial operations.
  • Handle various administrative and office duties as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support to the CFO with financial tasks and reporting.

Requirements

  • 1 year of local working experience in an accounting environment.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles, particularly invoicing, payment processing, and ledger maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a high level of competency.
