Finance Clerk

  Central Malta  |  €28,000 - €30,000 Annually 

Our client operating in the Igaming industry is looking for a Finance Clerk to join their young and dynamic team 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records utilizing accounting software.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, tracking and managing debtors.
  • Process supplier invoices, journal entries, and payments.
  • Issue sales invoices and handle debt collection activities.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
  • Extract financial data, perform calculations, and prepare reports.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with Compliance to ensure smooth onboarding of new suppliers.
  • Assist the finance team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Ideally 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must for this role

  • An A level in Accounts
