Finance Executive

Our client forming part of a large International company is looking for a Finance Executive to join their team. This role offers the possibility to the chosen candidate to grow and eventually lead the team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the documentation of financial activities
• Ensure and challenge the accuracy of financial records by reconciling statements, including bank accounts and cash balances.
• Support the monthly management accounting process by preparing relevant schedules and journal entries.
• Collaborate with various departments to answer inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data, proposing solutions for improvement.
• Assist during the annual audits and conduct regular monthly checks to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in an accounting position
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Able to meet deadlines and proactive approach to work.

Education and Experience

• A diploma in Accounts would be ideal but not an asset
