Our client, a leading Pension Investment Industry, is looking to recruit a detail-oriented Finance Executive to play a key role in managing financial operations. The selected candidate will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Accurately record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts, in the accounting system.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
- Conduct bank and investment reconciliations, maintaining precise transaction records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Address customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
- Support various accounting and finance tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Maltese
Education and Experience
- A relevant qualification in accounting or finance.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Actively studying ACCA or fully qualified.
