A reputable client of ours specialised in the iGaming sector, is looking to onboard a Finance Manager to join their team of professionals. This role is being offered on 1 year fixed term basis as a maternity cover:
Duties:
- Lead the preparation and submission of business partnering packs, overseeing Financial reporting, and ensuring financial compliance with local and international standards.
- Co ordinate and liaise with various stakeholders, mainly the Groups Reporting team, as well as resolving any issues that arise, also within Business units, and in organisations globally
- Support the Group’s delivery of tax compliance for areas under remit, also acting as the primary point of contact
- Supervise part of the Group’s Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams, ensuring efficient processing, strong vendor and customer relationships, and effective cash management.
- Assist with the Group’s external audits resolving any issues accordingly that arise.
- Maintain compliance with internal control requirements, and other relevant standards.
- Propose, build and drive implementation of process and control standardization and improvement initiatives, as well as finance transformation activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience working a similar role, ideally within the gaming industry
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong Technology skills with a sound knowledge of Excel
Education and Experience
- Fully qualified accountant, ACCA or equivalent
