Finance Manager

A reputable client of ours is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Overseeing the company's asset portfolio and ensuring performance is in line with regulatory requirements
• Carrying out regular asset valuations and preparing detailed financial reports for the senior management
• Developing and implementing strategies in order to maximize returns on investments and manage related risks
• Managing the organization's bond portfolio which includes issuance, trading and monitoring of market trends whilst analyzing their performance and recommend strategies for investment and divestment
• Oversee and manage the organization's leasing arm including lease structuring, pricing and risk management
• Monitoring lease performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Coordinating with the legal and operational teams to ensure agreements are financially feasible and in line with company policies
• Implementing robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensuring financial integrity 
• Keeping abreast with industry trends and regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly
• Training and developing opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge whilst ensuring efficient operation at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Possess excellent intrapersonal skills
• Candidates holding experience in asset management will be given preference

Education and Experience

• Fully qualified accountant and in possession of a CPA warrant
