Finance Manager

  Central Malta  |  €50,000 - €60,000 Annually 

An international CSP is recruiting a Finance Manager to join their internal finance function in charge of managing the team and overseeing all financial operations while reporting to the Partner. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounting operations, including financial reporting and reconciliations
  • Manage the finance team and support the juniors as necessary
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT filings and audit
  • Develop internal financial controls and policies
  • Manage cash flow and bank accounts
  • Support senior leadership with financial insights and decision-making
  • Other ad hoc duties as needed from time to time

Requirements

  • Solid previous local experience in a similar role doing up to management accounts
  • Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • Organised, eye for detail and a teamplayer

Education and Experience

  • Fully qualified through ACCA or Masters in Accountacy
