Our client who specializes in the Hospitality sector is looking for a Junior Finance Executive.
This position will involve supporting senior finance executives with a variety of tasks, including financial analysis, reporting, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The goal is to ensure the efficient management of the company’s financial resources.
Responsibilities:
- Enter financial data accurately into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data entries.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior executives.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist in implementing financial controls and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum O-Level qualification in Accounting, with preference for candidates pursuing ACCA or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to perform effectively under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
