Our international client, in the Media area, is looking to hire a Junior Finance Officer in their new team. The person is a key member of the company's finance department.
This role involves performing accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budget planning. This entry-level position is crucial for maintaining financial accuracy and integrity within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily cash flow operations.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile accounts with buyers and sellers.
- Prepare sales invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Implement financial policies and procedures in collaboration with the finance team.
- Support budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Participate in audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and data.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a financial role is a must
- Ability to work independently as a part of a small team
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a strong plus
