Our client providing Accounting, Audit and Advisory services to clients, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible of a small portfolio of clients
- Reviewing the work of junior accountants for accuracy and compliance
- Train and mentor junior accountants and book-keepers where required
- Compiling management accounts and completing VAT Returns
- Preparing ad-hoc financial reports by analysing and summarizing accounting information
- Liaising with auditors
- Perform other tasks as may be delegated by his/her superiors from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficient with MS office applications, particularly Excel
- Able to work against deadlines and deliver in a timely manner
- Ability to work on own initiative and in a team and have a positive can-do attitude
Education and Experience
- Fully qualified or in the final stages of ACCA qualification or in possession of an equivalent university degree in accounting.
