Senior Treasury Manager

Our client, a leading Retail Company is looking to recruit a Treasury Manager to join their growing team.

Main responsibilities :

• Oversee group cash flow forecasts to ensure a robust financial structure.
• Manage foreign currency exposure, interest rates, and costs, implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong banking relationships and ensure compliance with financial obligations, including bonds and covenants.
• Support feasibility studies and expansion projects by assessing financing and liquidity needs.
• Forecast funding and hedging requirements while managing daily cash flow and debt facilities.
• Ensure timely settlement of intercompany balances and collaborate on transfer pricing policies.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable to optimize payment and collection processes.
• Review and approve client onboarding and contract renegotiations for favorable credit terms.
• Develop treasury policies and ensure adherence to financial standards.
• Prepare reports for management and the board, liaising with senior leadership as needed.
• Support the month-end process as required.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience managing a Treasury function
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, banking, or a related field
