Accounts Executive

  Central Malta  |  €27,000 - €32,000 Annually 

Our client is searching for an Accounts Executive to join their team: 

Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Perform reconciliations of financial records, including bank accounts and cash balances.
  • Generate financial reports and reconcile work-in-progress (WIP) jobs.
  • Assist in the creation and tracking of budgets.
  • Work with auditors, providing required documentation and support.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely processing of payments.
  • Utilize accounting software and tools efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies, offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead annual audits and conduct monthly inventory checks.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or Audit is a Must

Education and Experience

  • Previous SAP experience is a Must
  • A Degree is considered an Asset
