Administration and Operations Coordinator

  South of Malta  |  €25,000 - €28,000 Annually 

Our client, operating in the bus servicing industry is looking for an Administration and Operations Coordinator to join their growing team. 

  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Process and track orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Support the logistics teams with administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status and inquiries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to pricing, delivery, or product availability.
  • Preparing official documentation such as supplier contracts. 

Requirements

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP would be ideal
  • Fluency in Maltese and English is a must. Knowledge of Spanish would be a plus.

Education and Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role is a must.
