Administration Assistant (6 Month Definite Contract)

  Central Malta  |  €9 - €10 Hourly 

Our client who specializes in the shipping industry is looking for an Administration Assistant (6 Month Definite Contract). Your roles and responsibilities include:

  • Checking, processing, and approving of crewing-related invoices
  • Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure the accuracy of data
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments
  • Additional tasks might be assigned to the Office Administrator.

Monday - Friday - Flexible working office hours - 40 hour week - 6 month contract

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English;
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel

Education and Experience

  • Experience in legal administration is preferred, but not required
