Administrative Assistant

  South of Malta  |  €20,000 - €25,000 Annually 

Our client who specializes in the Corporate Services industry is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Assist in maintaining both online and manual filing systems related to the Malta Business Registry
  • Help update and manage company statutory records
  • Draft meeting minutes for review and secure necessary signatures
  • Support the review and upkeep of client files
  • Assist in preparing documents required for opening client bank accounts
  • Aid in the application process for Social Security and Tax documentation
  • Provide support to other team members on corporate and compliance-related matters
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing
  • Handle other day-to-day responsibilities as needed

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm

Requirements

  • An effective team player who is flexible, works out of own initiative and has strong communication skills
  • Be able to work under tight deadlines and pressure whilst maintaining high level of accuracy
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude, is highly organised, meticulous and attentive to detail
  • Excellent level of communication in English and Maltese

Education and Experience

  • A ‘Level standard or professional diploma
  • Experience in an office environment would be considered an asset
