Administrative Clerk

  Central Malta

Our client is seeking a dedicated Administrative Clerk to provide support and efficiently manage administrative functions within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general administrative tasks such as filing, update and maintain office records, databases and documentations.
  • Draft, review, and process correspondence, reports, and other essential documents.
  • Manage incoming inquiries via email, phone, or in person, responding promptly or directing them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and office calendars.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of office events or activities when required.
  • Oversee inventory management by ordering office supplies and ensuring proper maintenance of office equipment.
  • Provide administrative support to team members and assist on specific projects as needed.
  • Handle the distribution and receipt of mail and packages.
  • Safeguard confidential and sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative support, office clerical work, or a similar role.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in office administration are considered an asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and a clean police conduct certificate.
