Administrator Officer

Our client is looking for an Administrator Officer to join their expanding team. The duties and responsibilities will include: 

  • Perform general office administration and basic accounting tasks
  • Oversee the ordering and management of office supplies
  • Assist in planning and coordinating office events and activities
  • Facilitate marketing coordination between internal teams and third-party agencies
  • Manage and monitor the company’s social media platforms and online presence
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed
  • Act as a liaison with external IT service providers

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be currently residing and working in Malta
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and prioritize effectively
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Education and Experience

  • Minimum A-Level standard of education
  • At least two years of local experience in office management or administrative support
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics is advantageous but not essential
