Administrator

  Central Malta  |  €21,000 - €22,000 Annually 

Our client who works in the media and events industry is looking for an Administrator. our roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  •  Manage and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical
  •  Maintain and update company databases
  •  Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
  • Order office supplies
  • Inputting invoices and handling other very basic account duties 
  • Taking time and attendance 
  • General administrative duties and administrative support to internal teams
  •  Ensure the office is clean, organized, and properly maintained

Requirements

  • Good command of English and Maltese Language

Education and Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar position is a asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, word)
