Our Client, one of the leading companies in Malta are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to provide executive support to the Deputy GM and HR Department, managing sensitive information with discretion and ensuring efficient operations in line with company policies and objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare research and briefing materials for the Deputy GM.
- Review and enhance reports, providing summaries and flagging concerns.
- Monitor business plans and departmental KPIs, ensuring timely updates.
- Organise meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
- Prepare reports and presentations as requested by the Deputy GM.
- Manage special projects and support strategic planning with senior management.
- Maintain filing systems and key document management.
- Serve as the gatekeeper for calls and visitors, ensuring professionalism.
- Support HR with time & attendance, HR systems, organisational design, branding, and training.
- Manage recruitment for assigned roles from vacancy posting to interviews.
- Oversee HR projects from initiation to completion.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
Requirements
- Hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese & English
- Proven local experience in a similar role
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive information
- Strive in fast paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow
