Our Client, a Building Services Company are looking for a highly organised and customer-oriented Customer Care & Document Control Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions with professionalism, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining accurate documentation related to projects, services, and compliance requirements. Reporting to the Office Manager your responsibilities will include
- Respond to client calls, emails, and social media messages
- Address customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly
- Keep clients updated on job status, quotes, and service results
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
- Organise and manage project documentation and filing
- Track all document flow for internal and client use
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Support the preparation of reports, tenders, and contracts
- Work closely with project managers and technicians for accurate recordkeeping
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
Requirements
- Hold at least 1 year of experience in a customer support or administrative position required
- Background in HVAC, MEP, or construction industries is considered an advantage
- Strong organisational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
