IT Application Delivery Administrator - Interim Support

Location: EUAA HQ, Malta.

Tentative start date: As soon as possible, with a probationary period of 6 months.

Salary Category IV - Gross monthly: EUR 3,920.31

Job Description

  • Provide assistance with collection, organization, and analysis of the consultancy needs in terms of resourcing, planning and budget availability. 
  • Provide assistance on the onboarding and offboarding procedure of consultants.  
  • Draft and keep up-to-date guidance documents and/or administrative circulars on the implementation of software development tasks; 
  • Provide support during the implementation of software development tasks by resolving blockers, suggest possible solutions, and maintain alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards. 
  • Maintain and update capacity, quality and performance indicators regarding the consultancy pool. 
  • Participate in the implementation of IT strategic goals and initiatives. 
  • Provide recommendations to ensure proper ICT consultancy pool planning and allocation. 
  • Provide assistance with IT projects, processes, as well as associated communication.  
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the EUAA line management. 

Minimum requirements

  • Completed Bachelor degree
  • Effective written and spoken communication skills in English (B2 level according to Common European Framework of Reference for language skills), the working language of the EUAA"
  • Proven professional experience in working with agile software delivery teams.
  • Professional professional experience in demand and capacity coordination including exposure to areas such as ICT consultancy procurement/contracts, ICT consultancy financial flows, and general human resource management processes.

  • Professional experience in working with Software Development LifeCycle standards and practices;

  • Professional experience in a position related to the duties, in a European Institution, Agency or Body;
  • Experience in studying and/or working abroad and/or in a multicultural environment.
