IT Application Delivery Administrator - Interim Support
Location: EUAA HQ, Malta.
Tentative start date: As soon as possible, with a probationary period of 6 months.

Job Description
- Provide assistance with collection, organization, and analysis of the consultancy needs in terms of resourcing, planning and budget availability.
- Provide assistance on the onboarding and offboarding procedure of consultants.
- Draft and keep up-to-date guidance documents and/or administrative circulars on the implementation of software development tasks;
- Provide support during the implementation of software development tasks by resolving blockers, suggest possible solutions, and maintain alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain and update capacity, quality and performance indicators regarding the consultancy pool.
- Participate in the implementation of IT strategic goals and initiatives.
- Provide recommendations to ensure proper ICT consultancy pool planning and allocation.
- Provide assistance with IT projects, processes, as well as associated communication.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the EUAA line management.
Minimum requirements
- Completed Bachelor degree
- Effective written and spoken communication skills in English (B2 level according to Common European Framework of Reference for language skills), the working language of the EUAA"
- Proven professional experience in working with agile software delivery teams.
- Professional professional experience in demand and capacity coordination including exposure to areas such as ICT consultancy procurement/contracts, ICT consultancy financial flows, and general human resource management processes.
