IT Program Portfolio Administrator - Interim Support
Location: EUAA HQ, Malta.

Job Description
Interim will support current project managers to compensate partially for shortcoming created by open project managers positions and facilitate the project management office. Determine and document the project’s goals, deliverables, tasks, costs, and deadlines.
- Create a detailed project plan outlining the schedule, resources, and milestones.
- Assign tasks and resources effectively to team members based on their skills and project requirements.
- Monitor and manage the progress of the overall projects to ensure resources are utilized efficiently.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Facilitate collaboration among team members and resolve any conflicts that arise.
- Track portfolio projects management parameters.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and ICTU management.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for project success.
- Address and resolve any issues or roadblocks that hinder project progress.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and compliance.
- Conduct project reviews, finalize documentation, and ensure all deliverables are completed and approved.
Minimum qualifications
- Completed Bachelor degree
- Effective written and spoken communication skills in English (B2 level according to Common European Framework of Reference for language skills), the working language of the EUAA.
General requirements
Essential:
- Professional experience in IT Project Management
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office tools
- Ability to successfully implement PRINCE 2 or similar methodologies.
Advantageous:
- Professional experience in a position related to the duties and/ or in a European Institution, Agency or Body.
