Our client, within the Commercial Real Estate Industry, is looking to employ a Front Desk Coordinator on full-time basis to join their growing team. Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, your responsibilities will include: .
The chosen candidate will be responsible to :
- Welcome tenants and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Support the smooth running of daily operations through effective administrative tasks.
- Organize periodic events for tenants and external clients, fostering a vibrant and engaging community.
- Oversee bookings, prepare rooms, and coordinate catering arrangements.
- Ensure private offices, coworking spaces, and training rooms are ready and meet high standards of presentation.
- Source, communicate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality services and products.
- Lead engaging tours for prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our spaces and services.
- Undertake additional administrative assignments as needed.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 17:30 PM
