Looking to kick-start your HR career? Our Gozo-based client is seeking a passionate HR Assistant to support their thriving team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment cycle - post adverts, set interviews, shortlist CVs, reference checks
  • Process all onboarding documents - offer letters, contracts, jobs plus engagement forms and IR documents
  • Update employee details on DAKAR
  • Handle the distribution of uniforms
  • Monitor and report sickness and absence levels
  • Monitor training records

Requirements

  • Experience working locally in office administration.
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English
  • Must be already based in Malta
