An exciting opportunity is available with a well-established IT company. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide HR and operational support.
The main responsibilities include:
- Provide executive support to Senior Management, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and correspondence.
- Assist with document preparation, taking meeting minutes, and handling internal/external communications.
- Coordinate office operations—oversee supplies, facilities, vendors, and general upkeep.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and administrative tasks (e.g., work permits).
- Help organise internal events and social activities, taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- Handle occasional errands and ad-hoc tasks as directed by Senior Management.
Working Hours:
Flexible start and finish times, while maintaining a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive, people-oriented, and proactive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management tools
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communicator in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Education and Experience
- A-Level education or higher, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
