Junior Sales Analyst

  Central Malta  |  €20,000 - €24,000 Annually 

Our client is a local FMCG importer & Distributor and is looking to recruit a Junior Sales Analyst to join their growing team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the chosen candidate will:

  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of sales representatives and teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
  • Assess market trends, customer preferences, and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance sales strategies and optimize revenue.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all sales reports and analytics.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
