Our well-known client is on the lookout for an Office Administrator to join their growing team in Malta.
Your day to day responsibilities:
- Acting as a receptionist and greeting customers
- Ensuring availability and updates of marketing materials, including the company's Facebook page and brochures
- Handling administrative tasks in a sales/retail environment
- Maintaining an adequate supply of stationery
- Scheduling client appointments
- Coordinating and overseeing kitchen deliveries and installations
- Inspecting and tagging kitchen furniture upon arrival in Malta, reporting discrepancies
- Monitoring pending and future claims with suppliers for timely parts delivery
- Maintaining a database of claims and resolving customer care issues
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
- Providing overall support to the Branch Manager with administrative and other tasks
The working hours for this position are Monday till Friday from 9AM till approximately 5PM and sometimes on Saturdays till 1PM. Over time is included.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an admin-related roles.
- Fluency in both Maltese and English.
