Our client, operating in the Architectural industry, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their dynamic team! Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing data entry
- Maintaining office filing and storage systems
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as required
- Ensuring the efficient & effective running of the office
- Assisting with coordinating any Company events
- Providing administrative support to other staff members
- Conducting any other administrative tasks as needed.
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent command of English & Maltese
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Results-driven
- Valid driving licence
Education & Experience
- A Level Standard of Education would be considered as an asset
- Basic accounting knowledge would be a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a must
