Our client, operating in the Architectural industry, is looking for a mature PA to the Principal/Owner to join their dynamic team! Your responsibilities will include:
- Organize and oversee the owner's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the owner.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Assist the owner with document delivery to external entities as needed using own transportation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain and organize office filing and storage systems.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and activities.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
- Provide receptionist coverage when needed.
Requirements
- A minimum 3 year previous experience in PA and Administrative role is a must.
- Valid driving license and possess a car.
- Organised, creative, attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent command of English & Maltese.
- Proficiency in Italian is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint, is essential.
- A mature individual who can work independently and take initiative.
