Our client, a leading local CSP is seeking to recruit a highly organised and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to one the company's Managing Partner, your responsibilities will include:
- Support partners and lawyers with daily tasks and activities.
- Organise and manage conferences, court sittings, travel, and accommodation
- Maintain office systems (paper and electronic filing).
- Handle calls and assist with clients' administrative needs.
- Assist with billing, internal reporting, email, and calendar management.
- Prepare meetings and welcome clients.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:00
Requirements
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Hold excellent verbal and written Maltese AND English communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
Education and Experience
- 'O' / 'A' Level standard of Education is desirable
