Our client, an FMCG import & distributor are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated individual to provide support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing briefing materials and presentations for meetings.
- Handling confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Anticipating the CEO’s needs and proactively providing solutions.
- Managing business travel logistics for all company employees.
- Updating management reports and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of local experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels of the company.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite and potentially sales-related applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Hold an excellent level of written and verbal English.
