Personal Assistant

  Central Malta  |  €30,000 - €35,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and prioritize tasks.

The Role

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and preparing documents 
  • Assist with travel arrangements and coordinate logistics 
  • Maintain detailed records and filing systems 
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion 
  • Provide personal assistance, such as running errands and managing appointments 
  • Monitor and respond to incoming calls, emails, and other communications 
  • Perform research and compile reports as needed 
  • Be very conversant with technology esepecially with Power Point Presentations, Word & Excle which will be used extensively

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Preferably have a level 5 qualification or more
