Our client who specialises in the Automotive industry is looking for a Procurement Assistant. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

Support the Procurement and Logistics Executive with various operational tasks
Ensure accurate creation and management of warranty and other certificates
Maintain up-to-date vehicle records and data within the vehicle management system
Process vehicle orders according to brand and management guidelines, ensuring deadlines are met
Obtain necessary approvals for orders, following internal procedures
Generate and deliver delivery and statistical reports as directed by management
Keep detailed logs of all purchases and sales figures for each brand
Track inventory of vehicles in stock, in transit, and on order from production
Prepare monthly management reports as required

Requirements

Excellent in the English and Maltese language
Prioritise workload with minimal supervision

Education and Experience

Computer literate
Prior experience working in a similar role will be considered an asset
