Procurement Assistant

  Central Malta  |  €20,000 - €21,000 Annually 

Our client who specialises in the Automotive industry is looking for a Procurement Assistant. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Support the Procurement and Logistics Executive with various operational tasks
  • Ensure accurate creation and management of warranty and other certificates
  • Maintain up-to-date vehicle records and data within the vehicle management system
  • Process vehicle orders according to brand and management guidelines, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Obtain necessary approvals for orders, following internal procedures
  • Generate and deliver delivery and statistical reports as directed by management
  • Keep detailed logs of all purchases and sales figures for each brand
  • Track inventory of vehicles in stock, in transit, and on order from production
  • Prepare monthly management reports as required

Requirements

  • Excellent in the English and Maltese language
  • Prioritise workload with minimal supervision

Education and Experience

  • Computer literate
  • Prior experience working in a similar role will be considered an asset
