Our client, who is involved in investments is seeking a Property Administrator. Reporting to the Director of Real Estate you will be supporting the front-line team by handling administrative tasks while delivering a world-class client experience, your responsibilities will include:
- Advise clients on lease agreement expirations and assist with lease renewals or terminations.
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings and manage itineraries.
- Handle financial administration, including issuing invoices and receipts, monitoring incoming payments, following up on overdue accounts, identifying potential issues, and authorising outgoing payments.
- Maintain records using Excel spreadsheets.
- Continuously develop knowledge of the Maltese property market.
- Manage and update the database, ensuring all necessary documents are uploaded.
- Request Architect Valuations as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a diligent and timely service, demonstrating flexibility to handle additional tasks outside your core responsibilities when required.
Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (1-hour break)
Requirements
- At least 2 years of local experience in administration
- Proficient in computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong telephone manner
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in client relationships or client-facing roles
- Proactive approach and self-management skills
- Hands-on attitude
