Property Manager

  Central Malta

Our client is looking for a Property Manager. your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Manage property management tasks, including lease agreements and renewals.
  • Oversee bookings on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
  • Conduct property inspections for check-ins and check-outs.
  • Greet and welcome clients during check-in procedures.
  • Plan and coordinate tasks related to annual or seasonal property upgrades.
  • Collect rent payments as needed.
  • Liaise with the accounts team for financial matters.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and upkeep.
  • Maintain and update property inventory records.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and guests.
  • List new properties on the company system.
  • Assist new customers in obtaining MTA licenses.
  • Perform various administrative duties.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and guests.

Requirements

  • Must posses a drivers license

Education and Experience

  • Previous experience will be considered an asset but not required
