Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Support to assist our sales team in managing enquiries for luxurious goods / time pieces, whilst supporting with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Order Processing:
- Communicating with clients within a timely manner - via telephone and emails
- Working closely with internal stakeholders during the sales process
- Supporting with administrative tasks as required
- Monitoring shipments
- Inspecting merchandise upon arrival to ensure the product is in good condition
- Assist with finalising of payment needs
- Organise and track the delivery of the products - shipments / courier
Working Hours - Monday to Friday (normal office hours)
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - outlook, word, excel
- Interest in luxurious goods would be seen as an asset
- Ability to work independently
- Fluency in Italian is a must with additional knowledge of English preferred
Education and Experience
- Previous experience in sales administration and customer care role would be preferred
